The test will start at 1:00 p.m. at the Central Command Room with a disaster simulation. Then, the officers will submit the warning message for approval from the Director-General of the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation. Once approved, the command will be sent to the mobile phone service providers to broadcast the warning signal in the form of CBS to the mobile phones of people in the specified area.
